Hand-slaughtered zabiha only. Supplier names per protein posted in the shop and stated on request — not "ask the manager."
Taeams — modern halal eats, designed like a product
Taeams is a modern halal eats brand. One short menu, engineered like a product line: every dish has a version number, a stated source for its meat, and a reason to exist. Currently in development. First location coming soon.
The idea
Halal is the floor, not the feature.
Most halal spots stop at the certificate. We start there. Certification answers one question; it says nothing about where the lamb grazed, how long the chicken brined, or whether anyone tasted the sauce since 2019.
So we built Taeams the way you'd build a product: a small line, each dish specced, tested, revised, and shipped only when it's better than the last version.

The standard
What "modern halal" means here.
Brine times, ferment lengths, and what changed between versions — on the menu, because knowing how it's made makes it taste better.
Seven dishes. A new one enters only by beating a current one in a blind side-by-side. The losers are retired, not demoted.
Before opening
The doors come later. The list starts now.
Location and opening date will be published here first. The waitlist gets the announcement a day early, plus an invitation to the final tasting round — the one where the v-numbers freeze.
